October 21, 2010 - Stephan Welz & Company Pty Limited, in Johannesburg, has on auction on 17 November 2010, a fine example of an 18ct gold ring attached with a chain terminating with a highly decorated vinaigrette, of hexagonal form, which is part of lot 858 (3).

The ginger jar on auction at Stephan Welz and Company, is a fine example of this work.

Pty Limited, is strong on items to do with the Anglo-Boer War, as a large proportion of the items offered come from the Collection of the Late Dr. Ryno Greenwall, author of the acclaimed publication ‘Artists and Illustrators of the Anglo-Boer War’.
